B2/B1 Tourist Visa

Visa B2-This is a short visit for vacation, for visiting family and friends, or medical treatment.

Visa B1-For a temporary business such as attending business meetings, consultations, conventions, conferences, and or negotiating contracts.

Fiancé(e)Visa

A U.S. citizen who wants to bring a foreign fiancé(e) to travel to the United States and marry him or her to live here, you must file an I-129F fiancé(e) form petition the (K1) visa permits the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) to travel to the United States and marry him or her within 90 days of arrival.

Student Visa

The F-1 Visa (Academic Student) allows you to enter the United States as a full-time student at an accredited college, university, seminary, conservatory, academic high school, elementary school, or other academic institution or in a language training program. You must be enrolled in a program or course of study that culminates in a degree, diploma, or certificate and your school must be authorized by the U.S. government to accept international students.

Family Immigration Visa

A foreign citizen seeking to live permanently in the United States requires an immigrant visa. To be eligible to apply, a foreign citizen must be sponsored by an immediate relative who is a least 21 years of age and is either a U.S. citizen or Lawful permanent resident (that is, a Green-Card holder).
